FREEZER

                  

Apparatus independent or integrated in a refrigerator, capable of freezing food, as weel as producing ice.

Freezers do not really work by cooling things down, but they take away the heat. They use an evaporation process to remove the heat and leave the food frozen. To carry it out, some very special components are used.

A freezer works by removing heat from the compartment. To begin with the process, the refrigerant, which acts as a gas, goes inside the compressor, where all the compression causes in to overheat. The hot gas moves through other coils ans begins to cool, which causes the gas to become liquid. While continuing in this form, it is sent to an expansion valve, which has a very small opening through which the coolant passes and where it becomes a very cold haze. As the steam passes through the compartment, is begins to evaporate and returns to the gas. The temperature of the fog at this altitude is around -27 degrees Fahrenheit (-33 degrees Celsius) and carries heat from the compartent along with it. The refrigerant begins to heat up again when it is removed from the heat and is returned to the compresssor to start the process again. Each time the coolant renews the cycle, it removes more heat from the compartment until it is no longer present. This is what causes the food to freeze.

In the year 1873 the Scottish physical James Clerk Maxwell formulated the "electromagnetic waves" theory, which are the basis of the radio. In 1887 the  the German physical Heinrich  Hertz  discovered the the "radio waves" and in 1894 NIkola Tesla does his first demonstrtion of a radio broadcast.
Shortly in 1895, the Italian Gillerme Marconi made the first radio system achieving  in the 1901 to send signals  to the  edge of the Atlantic.



 There are different types of radios:
Internet radio: Is the first and the simplest.
                             Is  an onlyne broadcast.
Low power radio: Opposes the imposition of a commercial menalage.

MIXER

The mixer is a kitchen appliance for grinding, mixing or whipping foods consisting of a bar, finished in sheets that rotate at high speed.



Types of mixers

Arm or rod mixer: It is the one that surely we all have at home. It is enlongated and its blade is usually removable for better cleaning. Allows to grind the ingredients of a recipe in the container in which it is prepared. It is know as a hand blender is Spanish America, as an arm beater is Spain and minipimer in both.


Blender: The power of this mixer is greater than the rod mixer and grind even complete pieces of fruit and vegetables without almost effort. It is used a lot to make juices and smoothies, because the only thing that incluides are blades.






Kneading mixer: Its main use is confectionery, since it is an excellent kneader





Beater robot: They have multiple functions, since they usually have a large capacity and are accompained by utensils or blades for both kneading and mouting. The are very good but they are usually worth 500 euros.

 The vacuum cleaner is an appliance uses an air pump to stuck dust or dirt out of the ground .The dust is collected by a filter that traps dirt , this filter is removed so that after use can be reached to clean it  or in case it is disponsablethrow away .

 Until the end of the 19th century brooms and mops were the only cleanin tools for the floo . In 1901 was created the first vacuum cleaner to clean the carpets ,made by  the Englis engineer Hubert Cecil Booth.

Moderns dishwashers are descended from the manual dishwashers of Josephine Cochrone in 1886 pressented in the "International Fair of Chicago" in the year 1893.
The models eqipped with permanent plumbing came in 1920.
