The ceramic hob is a cooking system in which there is a  glass between heat source and the vessel to be heat .
The arrival of the ceramic hob has been a complete renovation in the kitchen ,since it is more comfortable .

 THERE ARE DIFRERENT TYPES

 CERAMIC GAS HOB : They have some burners that are under the glass .The gas is turned on automatically by means of valves  that on or off the gas .

CERAMIC OF ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE:   it has an electric resistance below the glass .The heat is regulated automatically . The temperature of the reistance varies depending on the electric current that passes  throught.

                                                                                               

INDUCTION HOB:are the most modern because they do not use resistance .They cook food through the transmission of energy through a magnetic field .Heat is produced by stray currents and magnetic stirring .
